The rains have quit for a while so back to football. This week Colebrook United V Sands United Birmingham & Solihull at Elmdon Heath Recreation Ground (AKA Damson Lane Park)
Sands got off to a good start scoring 3 times in the first 15 minutes. This stayed the same to the half. Sands having the lions share of play.
The second half started in much the same vein until Colebrook scored in the 78th minute.
Sands managed a 4th goal in the 81st minute to seal the win.
This makes 3 in a row for Sands. Next weekend sees the last game of 2024 against Highgate United when they hope to finish the year with the winning streak intact.
