This match was a hard grind for both teams with a pitch that is getting quite heavy due to the wet weather. Sands were a few players short today which limited their tactical opportunities.

Holly Lane scored first after 29 minutes and that stayed the scoreline at the half.

It took till the 66th minute  for Holly Lane to score again. Sands pulled one back in the 72nd minute

In the 82nd minute Holly Lane scored again to put it beyond doubt with the final score 1-3

Overall a hard grind for both teams

Sands move on to a couple of away fixtures next. The next game is  aginst Bluepool at Palmers Rough next Sunday.
