Back to Soccer at last
Finally, after several weeks lay off due to the weather, it was time to get out to the soccer field. Sunday's location was Landrover Sports club in Solihull where Sands United Solihull were taking on Shirley Rovers, the no2 in the division in the Oakbourne and Coronation League.
Very much mimicking their previous meeting in a cup tie the game ended with a 1-1 draw.
A good warm up though for the next game which should be away to Olton Ravens KJ but still at Land Rover Sports on Sunday 12th Feb at 1030 in the Marlene Ashley Cup.
