This weekend Sandwell Steelers travelled to Stafford for the return fixture against the Staffordshire Surge.. Sandwells running game proved too much for the Staffordshire defence whilst their own defence kept the Staffs offence at bay..

Sandwell won the game by 17-0 and remain top of the division as we head towards the play offs. Sandwell have 2 games left in the regular season with the next game being away to Birmingham Bulls in 2 weeks time.
